Quick experiment plz

This may sound ridiculous,

But given how our seas and oceans and water in our bodies react to the gravity of the Moon's mass, 

Has anyone tried extracting energy from electrified water,

And is it more than went in?

    Compare to how our bodies made of water feel different energetically when the moon is closer to Earth.
