Wave*p*r
p=amount of particles
r=rays

Hence, at s certain point in time, this is how observer and observed relate.

Turbulence being moving particles, rays, times the observers rays and particles as seen with light.

Now compute for all other wave functions, thus everything has moving mass;

Philosophical, that which is not observed is 'dead mass'.
